(“Liviadora” and / or “Company”) has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (“Law”) in terms of personal data related to customers, with this very Information and Consent Text, it is aimed to inform the customers about the data processing activities carried out by Liviadora pursuant to the said Act and to obtain their open consent for the situations specified below
Explicit consent of the customers must be obtained in order for the personal data to be processed by Liviadora for the following situations where the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met. Regarding processes that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Clarification Text, and data are processed in accordance with the basic principles specified in the Clarification Text for processes that require explicit consent.
Within this framework, the personal data of the customers are processed by Liviadora for the purposes specified under Section 3 – Article IV of the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the scope of Law No.6698 and in accordance with the procedure herein. Accordingly, personal data; can be processed in accordance with the consent of the Customer and shared with the parties specified in the Clarification Text for these purposes for the fulfillment of the requirements within the scope of the laws and legal regulations, ensuring the security of the company, fulfilling the requirements arising from the fulfillment of customer and member contracts, the administration of the company, the execution of the business, the implementation of the company policies, the fulfillment of the obligations to the public institutions, as the data controller, the necessary work is carried out by the business units of the identity information, address information, contact information, similar records such as e-commerce, ip address, etc., personal data regarding customer transactions, which are directly or indirectly related to the legitimate interests of the company and carrying out the relevant business processes, creating campaigns for customers, presenting special opportunities to Liviadora customers that they can use at Liviadora by Liviadora business partners, cross-selling, determining the target audience, tracking customer movements and carrying out activities that increase the user experience, improving the functioning of the mobile application with the website of Çoraptoptançısı and customizing it according to customer needs, direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and conducting remarketing activities, personal segmentation, targeting, conducting analysis and in-house reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, analysis and in-house reporting activities, market research , planning and executing customer satisfaction activities, recommending and promoting the products and services offered by Liviadora according to the likes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons, and planning and execution of the sales and marketing processes of Sock Wholesaler’s products and / or services in general, including the planning and execution of customer relationship management processes, within the scope of planning and execution of the processes of creating and / or increasing commitment to the products and / or services offered by Liviadora .
